Implementation of capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses, educational and social facilities discussed in Tatarstan Government House
On June 29, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported on the implementation of capital repair programme. In particular, he said that 12 municipal schools of 16 planned are being overhauled and four of them have been overhauled. In addition, the capital repair of 12 special schools is under way. As many as 89 educational facilities of 94 planned are being overhauled.
Faizullin also said that 43 municipal regions of the republic are taking part in the capital repair programme. As many as 995 multi-apartment houses with the total area of 5.3 million square metres will be overhauled in Tatarstan in 2018. It is planned to improve living facilities for more than 224,000 citizens of the republic.
As many as 14 children's recreation camps were overhauled in the republic.
The capital repair of recourse centres (colleges) is under way in the republic. As of June 28, as many as 11 facilities with the total funding amounting to 681,38 million roubles are being overhauled.
As of June 28, as many as 30 of 42 cultural facilities with the total funding amounting to 342m 975 thousand roubles are being overhauled. The works at 12 facilities have been finished.
The Minister also reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of buildings of youth centres, municipal archives, youth clubs of the republic.
Under the capital repair programme, 114 outpatient centres with the total funding amounting to 3b 195m 720 thousand roubles will be overhauled in 2018.
It is scheduled to overhaul 64 machine and tractor fleets, 128 grain-cleaning complexes, grain storages and covered granaries, 232 cowsheds, 15 vegetable stores and to build 123 silage – hay trenches in the current year.
As part of implementation of priority project “Development of comfortable urban environment”, as many as 58 public space facilities, in particular, 28 parks, 16 embankments and beaches, 6 streets, 3 garden squares, 4 avenues and one square are planned to be developed.
He also reported that 25 facilities, including 12 educational institutions, 3 sports, 3 social, 3 healthcare and 2 cultural facilities are to be adapted under the Accessible Environment programme in 2018.
During the meeting, Minnikhanov asked to hold high-quality major repairs of educational facilities.
