Irek Faizullin congratulated the new citizens who received housing under the social mortgage program
Today, the Minister of construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin took part in the ceremony of settling a new apartment building, which was built under the social mortgage program. In the residential district "Severnyi" of the village Gabishevo of the Laishevsky district the apartment was given to the participants of the Republican social program as well as medical fellows and orphans. In his welcoming speech, Irek Fayzullin noted that the Republic of Tatarstan occupies a leading position in terms of housing commissioning and is included in the list of the most economically developed regions of the Russian Federation. "Over the past seven years, more than 2 million 400 thousand square meters of housing have been introduced in the Republic of Tatarstan. In 2018, it is planned to build 2 million 403 thousand square meters of housing. Today commissioned 2 million 73 thousand sq. m. (86.3% of the plan), in line with the previous year (101% compared to last year)," - said the Minister. According to the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin: “One of the main areas of housing construction in our republic is the implementation of a unique program to improve the living conditions of citizens - the social mortgage program. This program is being implemented thanks to the direct support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan ". At the end of the speech, the Minister wished the residents of the new home family happiness, health, and well-being. We remind that in total since 2005, according to the social mortgage program, residential buildings with a total area of 6 million 806 thousand sq. m. on 106801 apartment. This year, the social mortgage program provides for 527.2 thousand square meters of housing. These are 242 apartment houses on 9323 apartments.
