Vladimir Yakushev visited the sports facility "Batyr" after overhaul repairing
The delegation of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, headed by Vladimir Yakushev, visited the renewed Republican sports school of the Olympic reserve “Batyr”. The event was attended by Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin, Deputy Minister of Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Mingulov, Head of the Kirov and Moscow Districts of Kazan Sergey Mironov and others. Vladimir Yakushev highly appreciated the quality of the work carried out at the facility and expressed confidence that the updated "Batyr" will serve the local athletes for a long time. This object was commissioned in 1985. In the judo and sambo divisions of "Batyr" school, 759 students are engaged. The total area of the building is 4,025 sq. meters. As part of the capital object, works were carried out to replace the roof, repair the facade, entrance groups, interior finishing works, replace engineering services, renovate furniture in the changing rooms and landscaping.
