On the 9th of August 2019, 1 million 564.5 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is 64.5% of the plan. Such data was brought today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Irek Fayzullin, at a Republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconferencing meeting with all regions. The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan began his presentation with data on labor protection in construction. Thus, since the beginning of 2019, the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision conducted 848 inspections. For violation of the rules and norms of labor protection, 248 decisions were issued for a total amount of 9 million 706 thousand rubles. Irek Fayzullin reported on the implementation of the social mortgage program. Under the investment program of the State Housing Fund for 2019, it is planned to commission 165 houses for 7 thousand 838 apartments with a total area of ​​438.3 thousand square meters. As of  9th of August, the statistics bodies reported on 73 houses for 2 thousand 553 apartments with an area of ​​147.8 thousand square meters. 34 objects are at a high degree of readiness for 92 objects of the 2019 investment program, among which construction has been completed at 14 objects; 35 facilities are on average. There are 23 facilities in a low degree of readiness. Under the program "Accessible Environment", it is planned to adapt 12 objects of general educational institutions (5 schools, 5 children's educational institutions and 2 institutions of additional education) for a total amount of 21 million 494 thousand rubles. On the 8th of August, 2019 work began at 11 sites.
