In Tatarstan there is a high payment discipline for the implemented housing and public services – the level of payment collection for the years does not fall below 98.6 percent.  Such data was announced today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin at the final meeting of the board of the Ministry. "In 2017, this level was 99 percent. The positive response of the population of payments occurs due to the implementation in the Republic of housing repairs, the elimination of emergency housing, investment programs, municipal security payments, promotion of electronic forms of payment", – said the speaker.

The scope of work performed by organizations of all types of activities, which are typified by  "Construction" activity is 356.4 billion rubles. The share of the volume of construction work in the Republic of Tatarstan from the total volume in the Volga Federal District remains the largest among the Volga regions and its amount is 21.6% with a 13.1% share of the population.

In the Republic of Tatarstan from 2007 to 2017, 111 problem objects of shared construction with a total area of ​992 thousand square meters were commissioned, in which 13 thousand 738 equity holders received an apartment. Such data was announced today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin at the final meeting of the board of the Ministry. To protect consumers from unscrupulous developers, Vladimir Putin set the task to move from shared construction to project financing. Currently, in accordance with the "Roadmap" approved by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, monitoring is being carried out on 33 problem-share blocks, in which 4211 equity holders purchased apartments.

The base of the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan remains one of the largest in the Russian Federation, which is developed and modernized. In total, since 2010 in Tatarstan 121 enterprises of the building materials industry were introduced and modernized, including in 2017 - 2. In 2018, 6 new production facilities are expected to be commissioned. The volume of shipped products in 2017 amounted to 33 billion rubles.

On January 19, speaking at a summing-up meeting of the regional Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the construction complex of Tatarstan is one of the largest sectors of the economy, which accounts for 10 per cent of the gross added value of the republic with a share of employment in the construction making 7.9 per cent of the workforce.

On January 19, speaking at a summing-up meeting of the regional Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin said that the construction industry of the republic remains one of the largest in Russia. As many as 121 enterprises making construction materials have been put into operation and upgraded since 2010. The volume of shipped products totaled 33 billion roubles.
