986 houses have been included in the program for the overhaul repairing of housing for 2019 in Tatarstan, more than 5.5 billion rubles will be spent on it. This was announced by the general director of the Housing and Utilities Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. According to the head of the fund, a short-term plan for the implementation of a regional program for the overhaul of common property in apartment buildings was approved in Tatarstan. “In 2019, the implementation of the short-term plan should provide favorable living conditions for 219.1 thousand people in 986 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​5.8 million square meters," - said Aizatullin. “The total amount of funding for the short-term plan measures will be 5.5 billion rubles,” - he added. We inform that contributions for the repair of residential buildings in 2019 will remain at the same level. This year the amount was 5.85 rubles per 1 sq. meter per total floor space in an apartment building.

Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported today at the republican meeting on the implementation of the overhaul program of the housing complex and socio-cultural facilities. Alexey Frolov said that today in Tatarstan, has been completed overhaul repairing in 831 apartment buildings out of 974 . Of these, 705 houses have been accepted by the housing inspectorate. The total volume of the program is 94%. As part of the overhaul repairing of educational institutions, the implementation of the program reaches 99.5%. On 88 sites works are completed .

All persons engaged in activities in the field of housing and communal services are required to post information on matters relating to the maintenance and operation of apartment buildings, the provision of utilities and other information. The state information system of housing and communal services gives citizens of the Russian Federation the opportunity to receive information on the above issues and to exercise their rights. That is why the Bugulma Regional Housing Inspectorate pays special attention to the quality of work of those responsible for entering information into the system, controls the completeness and accuracy of the information posted. Since the beginning of the year, 10 administrative cases under this article have been submitted to the Magistrate Court of the Bugulminsky District. At the moment, in four cases, decisions have already been made to find officials of management organizations guilty of committing an administrative offense and applying an administrative penalty to them in the form of a warning.

During the planned and unscheduled inspections of the housing stock in the Bugulminsky district, inspectors from the Bugulma regional housing inspection in the areas assigned to the inspection (Aznakaevsky, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Leninogorsk, Yutazinsky) for 11 months of 2018 surveyed 433 residential buildings with a total area of ​​2905.44 thousand square meters. In the course of the inspections carried out, 710 violations of the rules for technical operation and maintenance of the housing stock, standards of the level and regime of providing the population with public services were revealed.

In November 2018, Chistopol ZHI carried out 41 unscheduled inspections of legal entities, including 32 inspections of the execution of previously issued prescriptions and 9 inspections of complaints received from citizens. In total, within the framework of the inspections conducted, 52 residential buildings with a total area of ​​244.55 thousand square meters were surveyed; revealed 43 violations of the rules and regulations of the technical operation of the housing stock. To eliminate the violations found, 19 prescriptions were issued. In November 2018, fines totaling 25.3 thousand rubles were paid by persons previously brought to administrative responsibility.

On the basis of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the RBAE "Union of Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan" was held. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture,  Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ROOR "Union of Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan" Abrek Khayrullin, Chairman of the Rescom of the Life Support Workers Union Jaudat Zamaletdinov,  representatives of the Ministry, enterprises and organizations of the housing and communal services of the republic. During the meeting, the following issues were discussed:

- The draft Agreement “On Amendments to the Sectoral Agreement on Housing and Utilities Organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2017-2019”.

- Report on the work of the Center for the Assessment of Qualifications of the Housing and Public Utilities of the Union.

- Draft work plan of the ROOR "Union of Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan" for 2019 and the holding of a general meeting of the Union on the results of work in 2018.

- Project estimates of income and expenditure of the RBAE "Union of Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan" for 2019.

-Insurance protection of employees of enterprises.

The Minstroy of Tatarstan together with the self-regulating organization Association “Commonwealth of organizations managing apartment buildings of RT” held a meeting on the issue: “Actual problems in the sphere of housing and communal services: problems and solutions” with the participation of heads of managing organizations of the republic. During the meeting, the following issues were discussed: -conditional relations between resource-supplying organizations and managing organizations; - contractual relations between the managing organizations of Main Clearing Centre Tatenergosbyt LLC; - interaction with the supplier of services for the removal of municipal solid waste.
