Rustam Minnikhanov, the Deputy Director of the Federal Penitentiary Service, and Marat Aizatullin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, met with Rustam Stepanenko, the Rais of Tatarstan. The meeting was held at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Additional measures to ensure uninterrupted traffic and the functioning of housing and communal services in difficult weather conditions were discussed today at an unscheduled meeting of the Commission for the Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations and Fire Safety of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting of the Association for the Promotion of Digital Development with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. The event was held at the site of JSC Tatenergosbyt in Kazan.

In 2023, orphans and children left without parental care in Tatarstan received 762 one-room apartments at the expense of the state. Comfortable housing, fully ready for living, is provided in communal houses built at the expense of investments of the State Housing Fund under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In 2024, within the framework of 44 republican programs, it is planned to build, repair, modernize and improve 3,365 facilities. The total financial limit is more than 57 billion rubles. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 07/16/2015 No. 521, a republican competition for the best organization in the field of management of apartment buildings in the Republic of Tatarstan is held annually.

This year, at least 3 million 150 thousand square meters of housing should be introduced in Tatarstan. This year, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan will be involved in the implementation of 5 national projects and 3 state programs, within which the construction and repair of 222 facilities will be monitored.  This was announced by the Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Proposals and projects to improve the quality of people's lives, support entrepreneurial initiatives, in the field of technology, education and other socially significant areas will be discussed at the annual forum "Strong Ideas for a new Time".

A new program for the modernization of municipal infrastructure is being actively implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan. The operator of the housing and communal services modernization program is the PPK "Territorial Development Fund".
