The republic has completed 10 programs for capital repairs of the social and cultural sphere. These programs include 797 objects, of which:
- 13 buildings of departments of agriculture and food;
- 12 subordinate institutions of the Main Veterinary Directorate of the cabinet of ministers of RT;
- 15 buildings of the Executive Committees (Councils) of settlements;
- 6 dormitory buildings;
- 28 subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan;
- 9 municipal archives;
- 6 educational institutions of the cultural sector; - 196 catering units in educational institutions;
- 44 objects of gas consumption networks with replacement of boilers in boiler houses, installation of modular boiler houses and outdoor boilers, providing heat supply to budgetary institutions;
- 468 objects as part of the restoration of street lighting in settlements.
Recall that in 2021, 27 republican capital repair programs are being implemented in Tatarstan. The number of objects is 3.5 thousand.
Applications for participation in the competition will be accepted until October 4, 2021. The II republican competition "Engineer of the Year" is held with the support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to ensure public recognition, encouragement and dissemination of the positive experience of the best engineers of enterprises and organizations of the republic.
The competition is held in three categories and twelve nominations in two stages, the last of which will be held in the form of a full-time visiting seminar with the defense of competitive works. The competition is open to university students receiving an engineering degree and working engineers of enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan (design engineers, production engineers contributing to the development of production processes, lines, etc.) To participate in the competition, you must submit an application by October 4. Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the progress of the programs for major repairs of social and cultural facilities at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin took part in the work.
The republic is implementing 27 programs for the overhaul of social and cultural facilities. In total, they include about 3.5 thousand objects. The total completion to date is 90%. The financial volume of the programs exceeds 23 billion rubles. 413 objects are included in three programs implemented by the republic in education sphere. As part of the program for the overhaul of educational institutions, all planned work was completed in 10 correctional and 33 municipal schools, 116 functional areas were repaired. All planned activities to organize an accessible environment in 4 educational institutions have been completed. It remains to complete repairs in 7 kindergartens. 42 kindergartens have been completed. Also close to completion is work under the program of overhaul of resource centers. 4 objects are completely ready; on one of them the work is completed. More than 89% is the volume of implementation of the program for the repair of children's health camps in 2021. Work continues in 4 objects, 2 are commissioned. Of the 9 objects of the teenage club overhaul program, three remain unfinished. The volume of work performed under the program is 76%. Repairs are underway at five facilities as part of the sports facilities overhaul program.
According to the program "Modernization of treatment facilities and overhaul of sewerage networks", 3 objects out of 8 have been completed. Works are closed by 90%. The program "Water supply and arrangement of solid waste sites" in horticultural non-profit partnerships provides for the restoration of 61 wells and the arrangement of 30 sites for the accumulation of waste. All sites are ready; well restoration work is complete by 93%.
On September 23, 2021, an expanded meeting of the Commission under the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan on combating corruption was held. Together with the members of the commission, the meeting was attended by the heads of subordinate organizations, representatives of law enforcement agencies, the public, and educational institutions. The meeting considered the results of the activities of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan on the prevention of corruption in the supervised industry for 2019-2020 and 8 months of the current year. Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, made a speech within the framework of the implementation of the state program "Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2024" together with the main report on the implemented anti-corruption measures in the Ministry and its subordinate organizations in 2019-2021. The head of the legal department of the Ministry, Elvira Latypova, informed the participants about the state of work on the anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts in 2019-2021. In addition, during the meeting, the executive director of the Regional Center for Public Control in the Housing and Utilities Sector Dmitry Romanov and the chairman of the student commission for combating corruption, a 5th year student of the FSBEI HE KSUAE, Alexander Karpov, made a presentation. Based on the results of the meeting of the commission, decisions were made on the implementation of the measures proposed by the speakers aimed at improving activities to prevent corruption in the supervised industry.
