Payment document for housing and communal services in the housing and communal services system will soon be abandoned by intermediaries

Single payments will increase the transparency of payments for utility services.  This was reported by Ildus Nasyrov, head of the administration of housing and communal services of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, at a press conference in the Information Agency "Tatar-inform". From next year, transparency of the republic's housing and utilities sector will increase significantly. This will be due to the introduction of a single payment document for utilities. "For the transparency of the calculations, as of January 1, 2018, the Unified Settlement Center (USC) of the Republic of Tatarstan will start operating on the basis of AO "Tatenergosbyt". Gradually, a single payment document will be introduced. All residents of apartment buildings in the Republic will receive one document of the same type and sample," - Ildus Nasyrov told journalists. "The funds will not flow to the management company, the intermediaries will leave the accounts. This is a step towards transparency in the settlement system in the housing and communal services sector, "- Nasyrov emphasized.
