Minstroy RT: In the Republic of Tatarstan, 1 million 321.5 thousand square meters of housing has been commissioned

Inspectorate of state construction supervision and the State Labor Inspectorate since the beginning of 2019 carried out 796 inspections. For violation of labor safety rules and regulations, 268 decisions were made for a total amount of 10 million 115 thousand rubles.  This was announced at the meeting in the Government House today by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Frolov. Alexei Frolov said that as of 3rd of August in the republic, 1 million 321.5 thousand square meters of housing was commissioned, which is 55% of the plan. Under the social mortgage program, the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan reported to the statistics bodies for 104 houses for 2 thousand 831 apartments with an area of ​​153.9 thousand square meters. Of the 176 projects under construction, 88 projects are in a high degree of readiness, in the middle - 56 objects, in the low - 32 objects. As part of the program to improve the living conditions of veterans of the Great Patriotic War, 9 houses are being built for 19 veterans. To date, 7 houses are in a high degree of readiness and 2 - in an average degree.
