One of the highest indicators of housing provision per inhabitant in the Russian Federation - 26.2 sq. m. in RT and 25.2 sq.m. across the Russian Federation. This was announced today by the Minister of Construction of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the final meeting of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the General Director of the State Corporation “Fund for Assistance to the Reform of the Housing and Communal Services” Konstantin Tsitsin and others took part in the work. “In the republic during the last 8 years, more than 2 million 400 thousand square meters are introduced annually (approx. in 2017, 2 million 408.1 thousand square meters). This allows you to download the work of construction organizations and maintains competition among developers, as a deterrent to rising house prices, - said Irek Faizullin.
