Ministry of construction of Russia intends to realize the program «Housing for Russian family»

The Ministry of construction of Russia plans to build an additional 25 million square metres of housing, the state undertakes to compensate to the developer, the construction of engineering infrastructure in the amount of 4 thousand roubles per square meter.

Financing of the construction of engineering communications will occur due to issue infrastructure bonds and funds that will be obtained by ordering the Internet-trade.

According to estimates by the Ministry, the profitability of this project should complete 10-15%.

Among the regions, which are ready to participate in the program, Penza region, Republic of Tatarstan. As explained Minister of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin, the emergence of a new mechanism will have a positive impact on the industry.

Vladimir Putin suggested to realize the program «Housing for the Russian family» during his address to the Federal Assembly. In the framework of the program the volume of commissioning of new housing by 2016 should be more than 75 million square meters per year.
