Today opened the fifth paragraph for the acceptance of recyclables. Citizens of Kazan can take cardboard, paper, plastic bottles and empty bottles of household chemicals for recycling for a fee. Currently operates 4 recycling centre at: mavlyutova,9; Yu. Fuchika, 72; the intersection of Musina/Chuykova; Engineers,6. For the entire period of the project, the total collection of secondary raw materials with specified points of reception amounted to more than 1000 tons, which is approximately more than 10 000 m3 waste (11 thousand containers), that went for recycling and not for disposal in landfills.

"To achieve the greatest efficiency it is necessary to organize more collecting depots. Ideally, I would like to open such in walking distance for all residents of Tatarstan", - said the Director of the project of "Clean environment" Zarina Naumova.

The project is important for several tasks, one of which is environmental. Reduced volume of waste disposal at landfills, increasing the involvement of secondary resources for recycling. Also solved social problems: it creates new jobs, handing over waste for recycling, residents receive a reward. The amount of delivered secondary raw materials to the population was about 4.5 million rubles.

The main thing that citizens were active, because a clean environment is a healthy future.
