An apartment building built under the social mortgage program was solemnly settled in Kazan. 30 apartments in the new building were received by medical workers. The ceremony was attended by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin and the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.
The house is located in the microdistrict M-14 (Alexey Kazem-Bek str., 6). It was built at the expense of investments of the State Housing Fund as part of the social mortgage program. All apartments are rented in a finishing finish, equipped with plumbing, electric stoves, smoke detectors with a detector, water meters, electricity meters, heat regulators and an automatic remote data reading system.
Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the new settlers on settling into new apartments. He noted that the necessary conditions for comfortable living have been created in the M-14 microdistrict. "This platform is aimed at providing personnel to our medical institutions. Geographically, ecologically and in all other parameters, this zone is very convenient for living," said the Rais of Tatarstan and added that the republic will continue to work to improve the living conditions of medical workers.
