Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference with all municipalities of the republic on the construction plans of the republic in 2022. Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utility Sector Marat Ayzatullin also took part in the meeting.
Speaking at the meeting Ayzatullin informed that the Ministry together with the State Housing Fund of the republic has developed a 2022-housing construction programme which was approved on 18 January with the total amount of 2m 755 thousand square meters of housing to be built in the current year.
In the village Konovalovka, Menzelinsky district of Tatarstan, a cultural center for 100 people was opened. The construction of the object became possible thanks to the federal project "Cultural Environment" of the national project "Culture".
The regional operator for the treatment of municipal solid waste in the Western zone of the Republic of Tatarstan, MC PZhKH, in 2021, together with contractors, updated more than 4 thousand containers for MSW in 21 municipal districts. A significant renewal of the park in 2021 was carried out on the territory of the Laishevsky district, where new 239 eurocontainers appeared. Containers in the village of Kuyuki, Pestrechinsky district, have also been completely updated, instead of obsolete iron tanks, 40 eurocontainers with a volume of 1.1 cubic meters have appeared.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took park in a ceremony of opening a new treatment and rehabilitation centre by the City Clinical Hospital 7 in Kazan, that will carry out rehabilitation of patients with central nervous system damage, somatic diseases, peripheral nervous system and locomotor system diseases as well as the patients after COVID-19.
The Ministry of Construction of Russia approved Amendment No. 1 to the set of rules 89.13330.2016 "SNiP II-35-76 Boiler plants". The set of rules is used in the design, construction, reconstruction, overhaul, expansion and technical re-equipment of boiler houses that generate thermal energy in the form of steam and hot water for industrial needs and for the purposes of heat supply to buildings and structures for various purposes. “The main changes in the set of rules relate to fuel supply regimes and the use of block-modular boiler houses in areas where district heating is not available.
Representatives of the delegation of the Perm Region visited the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan on a study visit. The delegation includes Minister of Housing, Communal Services and Improvement Artem Balakhnin, Minister of Construction Andrei Kolmogorov and Financial Director of the Perm Region Development Corporation Yuri Mazunin. The meeting was held by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Frolov. He told the guests about the activities of the ministry, national projects being implemented in Tatarstan, state and republican programs for construction, overhaul and reconstruction.
According to Alexey Frolov, 104 objects included in six national projects have been identified. All necessary agreements have been signed. Thus, according to the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" it is planned to implement 37 objects. As part of the national project "Ecology", the construction of facilities started in 2021 continues. In the direction of "Health", it is planned to build, reconstruct and overhaul 49 facilities. The activities of the national project "Culture" this year include the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of 11 facilities.

The corresponding document was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin. “To appoint Nurmukhametov Ilnur Fagilevich from January 20, 2022 to the post of Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan,” — the document says.
In the 34th microdistrict of Nizhnekamsk, a 120-apartment building 34-4 was settled. The new building at 117 Prospekt Mira will be occupied by employees of state-financed organizations, medical workers who receive grants, young families, as well as participants in the Rental Housing program.
