2015 is significant for the Kazan state University of architecture and construction. Two historical dates – 85 years of university and 125 years of construction education in the Republic of Tatarstan . This proves highlighting the rich history of the origin and formation of worthy of respect and recognition of architectural schools in Kazan and Tatarstan. The beginning of its existence University gets in 1890, when by the decree of Emperor Alexander III on June 14 in six districts of Russia were established industrial schools of various types, including the United Industrial school in Kazan with construction specialty. City Council has proposed to implement construction technical school on a site selected opposite Rodionovskaya Institute for noble maidens, in the late Georgian street (now Karl Marx). So was born the construction education in Kazan and the Republic, which by 2015 has already 125 years.
In connection with the request of the Minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan I. E. Faizullin, the term of the 2nd competitive selection of land plots, real estate developers, housing projects for the implementation of the program "Housing for Russian family" in the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation "Providing affordable and comfortable housing for citizens of the Russian Federation" has been extended to June 27, 2015.
