The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin reported at the republican meeting in the House of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan about the overhaul program of apartment buildings in 2019. So, this year it is planned to repair 936 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​5.6 million square meters. 42 municipal districts take part im program (except Atninsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Kaibitsky districts). The amount of financing of the program is 5 billion 805 million 213 thousand rubles, including from the budget of the republic - 1,023.47 billion rubles, local budgets - 1 072.93 billion rubles, funds of owners - 3 708.81 billion rubles. Irek Faizullin also reported on the implementation of five programs of the Gasification Fund in 2019. These are such programs as “Providing the population with water in populated areas of the Republic of Tatarstan” (measures are planned at 141 facilities), “Restoration of street lighting in populated areas of the Republic of Tatarstan” (it is planned to build 237 km of power supply lines, install 166 electricity metering and control panels, replace 11 thousand 183 luminaires), “Replacing boilers in boiler houses of budgetary institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan” (replacing 116 boilers at 63 facilities in 43 districts).

A meeting was held at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communual Services of the Republic of Tatarstan regarding the holding of competitions in the republic on the new presentation competence “Operation and maintenance of an apartment building” developed by the Housing and Utilities Fund in accordance with international standards WorldSkills. The event was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister Ayrat Gatiyatov. As the Deputy Minister noted, today the issue of operation and maintenance of apartment buildings is relevant. “It is very important that highly qualified specialists come to the housing and utilities sector. I hope that the introduction of new competence will allow to grow professionals with extensive knowledge of the problems and mechanisms of the housing and utilities sector,” - said Ayrat Gatiyatov.

The rulebook contains general requirements for the design of the road network of settlements, the design of parking lots, bicycle communications, sidewalks, pedestrian crossings and bridges, as well as the requirements for the environmental safety of the road network objects. The document passed the examination of the Technical Committee for Standardization TC 465 "Construction".

In her speech, Natalia Antipina spoke about the implementation of a comprehensive plan for the modernization and expansion of the backbone infrastructure for the period up to 2024. “The Capital Construction Department and the Information Department are working on the creation of a single system for managing the life cycle of the capital construction projects of "Russian Railways". And now, "Russian Railways" is moving to pilot testing as part of the implementation of information modeling technologies, ” - she noted.

Today, in the special economic zone "Alabuga" Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Yu.L. Alyashev held a meeting to review the progress of construction of the engineering and industrial infrastructure facilities of the 2019 program. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Customer JSC "SEZ" Alabuga "and contracting organizations.

The All-Russian training seminar was held in Moscow on the theme: Implementation of the federal project “Ensuring a Sustainable Reduction of Unsuitable Living Housing ”. The seminar was attended by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Frolov. The seminar included round tables on such topical issues as the resettlement of houses declared unfit for habitation after January 1, 2012, the formation of resettlement programs for citizens from emergency housing for 2019-2024, new resettlement mechanisms and preparation of applications to the Fund Housing and communal services.
