"Today's medical centers are both equipped and outwardly - these are really unique objects," - agreed Irek Fayzullin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services. - It is difficult to keep up with all the technical progress that exists in the field of both external and internal architecture. In September 2017, the Chistopol Zonal Housing Inspectorate conducted 69 unscheduled inspections of legal entities, of which - 61 verification of the performance of previously issued regulations; 1 checking at the request of the prosecutor's office and 7 inspections of complaints received by citizens in the Chistopol Zonal Housing Inspectorate. A total of 86 residential buildings with a total area of 148.62 thousand square meters were surveyed within the framework of the inspections; revealed 56 violations of the rules and norms of technical maintenance of housing. 24 orders were issued for the elimination of identified violations.
Programs for improvement and urban development, fully implemented in Tatarstan, deserve the highest appreciation. Vladimir Kudryashov congratulated his fellow architects on a professional holiday and thanked them for the contribution to the development of the town-planning of the republic and told about the main stages of the implementation of programs for landscaping and gardening. In his speech, he noted: "The advantages of implementing this program is not only the completion of 76% of the planned plan for improvement but also in the developed method of interaction with the residents of the republic in order to increase their interest in the work being done. The priority today is given to balancing: the program is implemented not only in the capital of Tatarstan, but also in the regional centers of the republic. There are a lot of comfortable spaces, therefore it is important to learn how to manage them competently - for this purpose the Directorate of Parks and Squares was created". Vladimir Kudryashov stressed that the successful implementation of all the announced programs largely depends on a practical-orientation of the education system.

During the planned and unscheduled inspections of the housing stock in the areas assigned to the inspection - Zainsk, Nizhnekamsk and Novosheshminsky, inspectors of the Nizhnekamsk Zonal Housing Inspectorate for 9 months of 2017 surveyed 704 apartment buildings with a total area of 15 855.91 square meters. In the course of the inspections, only 1645 violations were identified, including: the rules for technical operation and repair of MKD - 1405, the rules for the use of living quarters - 143, the norms and the regime for providing the population with utilities - 97.

International contest of beauty and talent competition "Woman of the Year. Top-50" is an integrated cultural and mass event aimed at increasing the business social and active role of women in modern society and promoting healthy lifestyles. The meeting was held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. Under the social mortgage program, statistics were received for 123 houses for 5 thousand 704 apartments with an area of 321.9 thousand square meters. In addition, among the 88 projects planned under the investment program of the 2017 year, the 72 facilities in a high degree of readiness, in the average degree of readiness - 16 objects. In 2017, within the framework of the rental housing program, construction of 17 houses for 387 apartments with an area of 22.6 thousand square meters is planned. 15 objects are put into service for 278 apartments with an area of 16.5 thousand square meters (Verkhneuslonsky - 8, Cheremshanskiy - 1, Mamadyshskiy - 4, Alkeyevskiy districts - 2). Also two objects are being built - in Innopolis (construction and installation works have been completed) and in the Apastovsky District (finishing works, landscaping are underway).
Today on the eve of the International Day of Elder People the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan organized free legal assistance to elder citizens.
In Kazan in the microdistrict Salavat Cooper was opened a clinic "Spasenie" for adults. In the new building of the polyclinic will be provided a full range of outpatient care. It is planned that the "Spasenie" clinic will serve all the inhabited houses of the micro-district "Salavat Cooper" and nearby microdistricts. The total area of the polyclinic is 979.2 square meters. The polyclinic has a capacity of up to 250 visits per shift with the ability to attach up to 18,000 people.
