On Deccember 28, in Aznakaevo, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in a solemn opening of a new cultural center.

In the village Pilevo of Laishevsky municipal district took place the opening ceremony of a new medical and obstetric point.

Meeting on housing was held today by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov. The event was held at the RT Government House in format of video conference with participation of all municipal regions of the Republic. RT Prime Minister stressed that in many positions of Tatarstan has positive indicators. "In some areas, such as payment for consumed electricity Republic took the 1st place in Russia. Despite this, we have serious problems with paying for gas in a number of municipal formations", - he said.

In the plot refers to the resettlement of people from dilapidated houses in the village of Upper Uslon. Municipal authorities offered the residents the different options for resettlement. The first option is valid in case the owner has a different housing, and consists in obtaining from the state an amount equal to the redemption value, which is 11022 RUB. per sq. m. the Second option is valid in the absence of the owner of a home. He is to receive the amount equal to the redemption value, and subsequently using that money as a down payment on a new apartment on the social mortgage program.

On the many proposals in connection with the completion of the reporting period, delivery of design and estimate documentation and with the desire of participate in the seminar it will be seminar  "Topical issues of price formation and of cost estimate normalization in construction of the Republic of Tatarstan at the present stage", please be informed that the workshop is postponed to January 22, 2016.

On 17-18 December 2015 in Ufa passed the all-Russian forum "Housing changes". The forum gathered over 500 delegates from 80 regions of Russia. The Forum discussed current issues of the management of apartment buildings, emergency housing, work, regional systems of capital repairs of common property in apartment buildings, public housing oversight, private investment in utilities, as well as the implementation of the Federal project "competent user" and public control in the sphere of housing and communal services. Party project "School literate consumer" is one of the most dynamically developing projects of the party "United Russia". Active participation in roundtables of the forum was attended by the Executive Director of the Center for public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan Dmitry Romanov.

On December 19, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov inspected the progress of construction of social and housing facilities in Innopolis.

The Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the possibilities of interaction of enterprises of the Republic with the Perm Krai.

On December 17, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Arsk municipal region, Tatarstan, to take part in a solemn opening of new houses, the reconstructed central regional hospital and children’s art school. 

Today, December 16, 2015, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the state Corporation — Fund of assistance to reforming of housing and communal services Sergey Stepashin and General Director of Fund of housing and communal services Konstantin Tsitsin are on a working visit in the Republic of Tatarstan.
