Baltika» Breweries (part of the international Carlsberg Group) together with the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan implements on the territory of the republic a project on the development of a separate waste collection system "Bring benefits to your city". The result of the first six months of the life of the project - collected and processed more than 50 tons of waste. Given such positive results, «Baltika» has expressed its readiness to continue participating in the project - to continue investing in the ecological infrastructure of Tatarstan.

This year 995 apartment buildings will be repaired in Tatarstan. For these purposes, nearly 6.1 billion rubles have been allocated, of which less than 1.4 billion rubles fall to the budget of republic, to the budget of municipalities - almost 0.9 million rubles, citizens' funds - more than 3.8 billion rubles. This was at a press conference in IA "Tatar-inform" told the deputy director of the Main investment and construction department of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Abuzyarov. In total, it is planned to improve the living conditions of more than 224 thousand residents of the republic. The planned works include the repair of the facade, roof, sewerage network, water supply and heat supply networks, as well as the repair of the porches.

In the kindergarten of the Biryulin village of Vysokaya Gora, at last, major repairs were carried out. It became possible due to the presidential program "Capital repairs of educational facilities". "Belochka" - the third renovated kindergarten in the district. There are also schools in the program. The year 2019 will become a jubilee year for the kindergarten. He will be exactly forty-five years old. Almost half a century old the building does not remember such repairs. Only once  the roof was changed . Now the kindergarten has acquired not only beautiful walls and new furniture, but also a reliably planned and updated communication system.

In 2018, six agro-formations were inscribэed in the republican program, which included the overhaul of cowsheds, machine and tractor parks, grain crops and the construction of silo-senile trenches. Within the framework of this program, the society "AgroMir", along with the construction of a base for juicy feed, will have to equip the cowshed with 200 cattle, a machine and tractor park, and grain crops. In the last mentioned object, by the way, capital repair is in the final stage.

In the current year, the construction of 97 sports grounds for 310 million rubles is planned in the republic. The head of the department for the development of the construction complex Dinar Sagdatullin told about it in the framework of the familiarization press tour organized by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. "Since the implementation of the program from 2013 to 2016 in the Republic of Tatarstan, 671 sports grounds have been built with a total funding volume of 1 491.6 million rubles, including 1,447.5 million rubles from the republic's budget, 44.1 million rubles from of the federal budget. In 2017, 120 sports grounds were built," - said Dinar Sagdatullin.

In the villages of the republic, within the framework of state programs, hundreds of farms, machine and tractor parks, storage facilities for grain, vegetables and feed will be renewed. This was told to journalists by the representative of Glavinveststroi RT Ildar Rashitov. "Within the framework of the programs, 232 cowsheds will be repaired for a total amount of 999.7 million rubles, 64 machine-tractor fleets for 165.1 million rubles, 128 grain farms for 373.2 million rubles, 11 vegetable cartons for 66.6 million rubles, and 123 silo-haylage trenches for 200 million rubles, "- said Rashitov during a press tour in the village of Smak-Korsa and Novokyrlayskoe of Arsky district. He noted that during the overhaul of the barns and vegetable storage facilities, the walls, the roof structure are being repaired. It also provides for the replacement and installation of concrete and board floors, replacement of windows and gates. According to Rashitov, the total cost of repairs will be just over 1.8 billion rubles, while the share of budget funds in this volume will be about 30%, that is, about 540 million rubles. The remaining extrabudgetary part is the investment of farmers and owners of agro-companies.

In Naberezhnye Chelny within the republican program of educational facilities, nine kindergartens will be overhauled. For these objects were allocated 230.8 million rubles from the republican budget and 42 million rubles from city buget. In the kindergarten "Topol'ok" replaced the roof, carried out repair works of hot and cold water supply systems, repair of toilets, replacement of windows and doors, devices of a warm floor on the first floors. To create comfortable conditions for children, the walls were painted in bright colors. Their design was developed by students of the Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University. Major repairs also take place in the following preschool institutions: "Alenkyi Tsvetochek", "Rosinka", "Malish", "Snezhinka", "Alan", "Antoshka", "Buratino" and "Teremok". Opening is planned in the near future.

At the moment, within the framework of the republican program in the village of the state farm "Mamadyshsky", major repairs of 14 houses are under way. For the work were allocated 22 million rubles. Using these funds in five houses roofs will be replaced , in three houses will make the cladding with ceramic granite tiles and repair the porches. All works will be completed by the end of August. Reference: This year, according to the apartment houses overhaul program, it is planned to repair 995 multi-apartment buildings with a total area of ​​5.3 million square meters. In 2017, 982 apartment houses were repaired with a total area of ​​6.2 million square meters.
