This was announced at the meeting in the Government House today by the  Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan  Irek Faizullin. The meeting was held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. Prime Minister of the republic Alexey Pesoshin took part in the event. The Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision and the State Labor Inspectorate have conducted 1 thousand 609 inspections since the beginning of 2017. For violation of the rules and regulations of labour protection, were made 455 decisions for a total amount of 13 million 619 thousand rubles. Self-regulating organizations conducted checks of 1 thousand 286 organizations - members of SRO. Irek Fayzullin noted that today in the Republic 1 million 947.6 thousand square meters of housing (81%) have been commissioned, this amounts to 100.9% compared to the corresponding period last year. Under the social mortgage program, out of 79 houses under construction, 69 objects are in a high degree of readiness, in the average degree - 10 objects.

First Deputy Minister Alexei Frolov met with representatives of the business delegation from the People's Republic of China, within the framework of which, in particular, issues of cooperation in the sphere of solid waste management were discussed. The delegation included representatives of CAMCE (China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd.), See Parts Technology, World Food City and export-import trading «Alzat» company. "We approved the territorial scheme of waste management, within which Tatarstan is divided into two zones - the western and the eastern. Regional operators will be selected on a competitive basis. During the meeting, the sides exchanged experience and information on the organization of collection, removal, recycling and processing of solid domestic waste. During the planned and unplanned inspections of the housing stock, 832 multi-family houses with a total area of ​​6185.63 thousand sq. m were inspected by the inspectors of the Bugulma zonal housing inspection in the districts assigned to the inspection (Aznakaevsky, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Leninogorsky, Yutazinsky) for 10 months of 2017. In the frame of the inspections, 920 violations were detected, including: the rules for the operation and maintenance of apartment houses-852, the rules for the use of living quarters-49, the norms and the regime for providing the public with utilities-26. For 10 months in 2017, the management organizations, according to the regulations of the Bugulma zonal housing inspections were carried out works on repair of common property to the amount of 7,095.41 thousand rubles.

In 2017 in Yelabuga 31 residential buildings were completely repaired and the amount of 113 million rubles was spending for it. Substantial support for improving the state of in-house engineering systems and houses as a whole is the work carried out under the capital repair program. For example, in 9 apartment buildings, a major overhaul of the heating system was carried out. Also, works were carried out to repair hot and cold water supply networks, repair of facades and roofs, which not only positively affect the quality of citizens' residence but also reduce energy losses in homes.
