On February 4, gatherings of citizens of Semiozersky, Vysokogorsky and Dachny rural settlements took place in the Vysokogorsky district. The events were attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin and the head of the Vysokogorsky district Ravil Hisamutdinov.

Traditionally, the first part of the meetings was devoted to the reports of the heads of settlements. The results of the activities of local self-government bodies for 2021 and the tasks for the current period were considered.

This year, the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings will cover 769 residential buildings with a total area of 4.7 million square meters. The financial volume of the program is determined at the level of 6 billion 441 million rubles. This was reported today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all districts. The meeting was attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

Thus, the main stages of work on the examination of design and estimate documentation of construction projects will be automated.
 

On February 15, 2022, from 10.00 to 12.00, the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Federal Environmental Operator" will hold a final webinar on the topic: "New waste management system of classes I and II".

The webinar is held in connection with the implementation of the reform in the field of waste management of hazard classes I and II from March 1, 2022. As well as the entry into force of new provisions of Federal Law No. 89-FZ of June 24, 1998 "On Production and Consumption Waste".
 

Today, as part of a working trip to Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin made a detour of social and industrial facilities under construction. 

In Naberezhnye Chelny, the Minister got acquainted with the construction of the drama theater «Мастеровые». The General Director of the construction company «Евростиль» Ilnar Gaisin gave explanations on the work being carried out. At the facility today, work is underway on the installation of engineering networks, outdoor water supply networks and stained glass windows, as well as finishing works.

The digitalization of the construction industry was discussed today in the State Council at a meeting of the Committee on Housing Policy and Infrastructure Development. The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Council Yuri Kamaltynov.

The day before, gatherings of citizens of Berezinsky, Krasnoselsky and Aldermyshsky rural settlements took place in the Vysokogorsky district of Tatarstan. Meetings with villagers were held by the head of the district Ravil Hisamutdinov. The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin took part in the events.

Republican programs for the construction and overhaul repairing of social and cultural facilities, as well as programs for the modernization of housing and communal services are approved by orders of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. Today, projects under 4 programs are in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, draft orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2 programs are under interdepartmental coordination, 3 programs are in progress, 22 programs have been approved. This was announced at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference with all municipalities of the republic on the construction plans of the republic in 2022. Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utility Sector Marat Ayzatullin also took part in the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting Ayzatullin informed that the Ministry together with the State Housing Fund of the republic has developed a  2022-housing construction programme which was approved on 18 January with the total amount of 2m 755 thousand square meters of housing to be built in the current year.
