First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov reported on the preparation for the implementation of republican program measures, as well as on the progress of work on the overhaul of socio-cultural facilities and apartment buildings at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan today.

The meeting in videoconference mode with all municipal districts was held by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

Today, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafar Shakirov visited a number of objects under construction in the SEZ "Alabuga".

The first point of the visit was the reconstruction facilities of the KNS-6, KNS-8, the work on which is carried out under the contract for the modernization of the facilities of the Yelabuga water utility. This project is being implemented with the involvement of funds from the state corporation – the Fund for Assistance to Housing and Communal Services Reform. To date, general construction works are carried out at the facility, as well as work on the replacement of technological equipment, lightning protection device, installation of automation and ventilation equipment. Also, within the framework of the contract, work is underway on the reconstruction of pressure and gravity sewerage networks.

The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin held a visiting meeting on the construction of facilities of PJSC Tatneft in Nizhnekamsk the day before.

The event was held in the assembly hall of Nizhnekamsk CHP. It was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafar Shakirov, Head of the Department for the Implementation of Construction Projects of PJSC Tatneft Albert Nurmiev, General Director of LLC Alabuga-2.Petrochemistry" Ramil Gayfullin, Director of Nizhnekamsk CHP LLC Alexey Yumangulov, as well as heads of 37 contracting organizations representing a 5,000-strong team of builders. 

Kazan entered the top five million-plus cities for comfortable living out of 1,117 Russian cities according to the results of a study by the Ministry of Construction of Russia and the Institute of Development of DOM.RF.

Over the past year, the share of Russian cities with a favorable environment has increased by 10 percentage points to 44%. By 2024, according to the federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment", this figure should reach 60%, by 2030 – 80%.

The urban environment quality Index is calculated annually by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation.

Within the framework of the federal project "Formation of a comfortable Urban Environment" of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment", from April 15 to May 30, an All-Russian vote for improvement facilities will be held in all regions of Russia. Its main task is not just to make settlements more comfortable to live in, but the main thing is to involve residents in this process.

Eight new sports complexes with universal sports grounds will appear this year in the Tetyushsky municipal district of the republic. The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin got acquainted with the progress of their construction today.

The detour of residential complexes under construction was made today by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.

The first object of the visit was the residential complex "Summer". The builder of residential buildings is the construction company "Unistroy". Construction and installation works are being completed at the facility today, interior finishing works, facade finishing and installation of engineering networks are underway. The readiness of the facility is 80 percent.

A meeting of the Public Council was held today at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was held by Lenar Valeev, Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.

It was attended by member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Munir Gafiyatullin, member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan - member of the Commission on Education and Science of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Zakirov, member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan - member of the Commission on Culture of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Artur Mustaev, members of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction RT Ildus Asadullin, Gulsina Zagidullina, Valery Leontiev.

In the Alekseevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan, the celebration of housing and communal services workers took place. The ceremony was attended by the head of the district Sergey Demidov and the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov.

The All-Russian practical seminar "Urban Development - 2022" will be held in Moscow from May 24 to 26, 2022.

The seminar is organized by the University of the Ministry of Construction NIISF RAASN together with the GBU "Mosstroyinform" and the National Association of Organizations in the field of Information Modeling Technologies (NOTIM). The seminar is held with the support of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and the Department of Urban Planning of Moscow.
