Today, on September 7, in Yelabuga, a new 81-apartment residential building built according to the republican program of social mortgage and the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" received the conclusion of the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan on the compliance of the constructed, reconstructed capital construction facility with the requirements of design documentation, including the requirements for energy efficiency and the requirements for equipping a capital construction facility with metering devices for the energy resources used. Soon 81 families will receive the long-awaited keys to their own apartments. The total area of ​​the 10-storey residential building was 5418.9 square meters. The building is located along Avtomobilistov Street. The developer of the facility is the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, today visited one of the courtyards of the apartment building, landscaped according to the program "Our Yard" in Almetyevsk. The yard is located on Shevchenko Street. As part of the improvement, the asphalt-concrete pavement of the existing roadway and sidewalks was repaired, benches, litter bins, a sports complex, and a children's playground were installed. Green spaces are preserved as much as possible and are included in the planning solution. Rustam Minnikhanov was informed that 52 yards will be landscaped in the Almetyevsk region this year under the program "Our Yard".

In the Republic of Tatarstan, under the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings, it is planned to repair 1,066 houses with a total area of ​​6.5 million square meters in 41 municipal districts (except for Alkeevsky, Atninsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Kaibitsky districts). The Minister of Construction, Architecture,  Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov reported on this today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan reported that the overhaul of educational facilities has not been completed at 3 out of the planned 36. Overhaul of preschool institutions from 87 kindergartens has not been completed at 20 facilities in 9 municipal districts. Overhaul of correctional schools has been completed at all 3 facilities. Farit Khanifov further said that the republic continues a program of an overhaul of warm toilets in general education organizations. Overhaul of resource centers has been completed at 8 out of 9 sites. Overhaul of educational buildings and dormitories is planned, work is underway at all 3 sites. In more detail, the minister reported on preparations for the heating season. According to the State Housing Inspectorate, as of September 3, 2020, prepared (flushing and pressure testing) centralized heat supply systems for 11,369 apartment buildings out of 11,989, which is 94.8%. According to municipalities, as of September 3, healthcare facilities are 94% prepared, educational facilities - 95.7%, cultural facilities - 92%, sports facilities - 94%.

In the village Koshkino, Kukmorsky district, the grand opening of the universal sports ground took place. This year, according to plans, there are 22 more kindergartens.

The event was held at the site of the Kazan Expo exhibition complex under the leadership of Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The round table was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin, the head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan Taliya Minullina. According to Aleksey Frolov, the available mineral resource base of the republic allows producing a wide range of building materials, among which materials produced on the basis of products of the enterprises of the chemical and petrochemical complex of the Republic of Tatarstan occupy a worthy place. “High rates of construction should be ensured by the corresponding growth of the building materials industry,” - he said. Since 2010, about 50 chemical and petrochemical industries have been commissioned in the republic, focused on the production of construction products or products that are raw materials for the production of building materials and products. The development of the production of high-tech building materials takes place in the context of the modernization and reconstruction of existing enterprises, as well as the construction of new ones. From 2010 to August 2020, 151 enterprises of the building materials industry were commissioned and modernized on the territory of the republic. Alexey Frolov expressed confidence that joint work with manufacturers, designers and builders will help to improve the quality, durability and reliability of buildings, structures and other infrastructure facilities under construction.

The Federal Commission of the IV All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment summed up its results. Within the framework of the competition in 2021-2022, 160 projects will be implemented at once, said Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a government meeting. Among the winners are projects in Mendeleevsk, Tetyushi, Menzelinsk, Bugulma, Buinsk, Aznakaevo, Nurlat, Mamadysh. “The competition has been held for several years already. At least 80 winners were selected annually. This time, the government expanded the opportunities for participation in the competition for projects to create a comfortable urban environment. A special commission will select already 160 winners. The corresponding decree was signed. The main thing is that all the projects presented make small towns and historical settlements more convenient for people,” - Mikhail Mishustin said. The meeting of the federal commission, which summed up the results of the IV All-Russian competition, took place at the end of August. In total, 301 applications from 76 subjects were submitted for participation in the fourth competition. Of these, 160 projects became winners, thanks to a new government decree. Farit Khanifov, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, congratulated the students of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering on the beginning of the academic year. According to Farit Khanifov, Kazan University of Architecture and Civil Engineering has done a tremendous job preparing to receive students. All conditions have been created both for the effective acquisition of knowledge and for the comprehensive development and comfortable living of students. In his speech, Farit Khanifov mentioned that he had graduated from this university himself: “You are lucky that you became students of KSUAE. The demand for our graduates remains one of the highest, taking into account modern realities,” - he said. At the end of the event, the minister expressed special gratitude to the teaching staff of KSUAE, and wished all employees, students an interesting and eventful academic year. Today there was also a presentation of the design project "Urban Development Center URBAN", during the meeting, questions were raised about organizing a new educational course for representatives of the industry and municipalities in terms of urban planning.
