Today, as part of the opening ceremony of the 22nd international specialized exhibition "VolgaStroyExpo" took place rewarding of winners of competition "The best organization of labor protection in the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan".

On April 24, speaking at an extraordinary briefing at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Health Adel Vafin said that a two-year progamme aimed at modernization of city and municipal polyclinics in 2017-2018 has been launched in Tatarstan.

Information and consulting group providing free legal assistance held a reception of population on the provision of free legal aid in Verkhneuslonsky municipal region of Republic Tatarstan. The event was attended by the specialist of the legal Department of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and utilities RT L. A. Akhmetzyanova.

On 14th of April in the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation held a solemn ceremony of awarding winners of all-Russian contest "The most comfortable urban (rural) settlement of Russia". Awards for significant contribution to the creation of a quality living environment and improving the livability was presented to representatives of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Rostov, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Belgorod, Astrakhan, Kemerovo regions, Krasnodar, Stavropol and Khabarovsk territories.

Today Regional Centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan held a seminar for owners of apartment buildings. The training was attended by 22 people.

The lesson addressed the following questions:

- owner and his rights;

- general meeting of owners of premises;

— common property in an apartment house;

— apartment house Council and its Chairman;

— ways of management of an apartment house;

— accounting of consumption of municipal resources;

— energy conservation;

— accrual on payment documents;

— capital repairs of common property in an apartment house.

On April 17, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov inspected construction works at major construction sites in Kazan. The first site was the logistics post center near Kazan airport. The new complex will be used for receiving, customs clearing, and sorting of postal deliveries. According to the Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov, the main purpose of the project is to support the growing flow of electronic commerce and import of goods. The complex will handle 1 mln deliveries per 24 hours. The official opening is planned for the beginning of summer.

On April 15, at a meeting at Tatarstan Government House held by President of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that work on relocation of citizens from dilapidated houses is underway in the republic, adding that 4,338 agreements to buy out 158,000 square metres of the total number of 4,913 facilities for 180,171 square metres were concluded.

Today the Ministry of construction of Tatarstan, chaired by the Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan, the chief architect of the Republic Irek Faizullin held a meeting of the city Council for review and adjustment of the concept of development of territory of Admiralteyskaya Sloboda in Kazan.

Today the Ministry of construction of Tatarstan headed by first Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov held the 43-th meeting of the licensing Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on licensing of activity on management of apartment houses.

During the meeting, the Commission adopted a decision on the licensing of management companies, OOO "UK "Innovator" (Almetyevsk) and "HBC "Premium" (Kazan).

The meeting also approved the Protocol of the results of the qualification exam, held on 15 March 2017. Eligible for exam 5 candidates passed only 3 members of management companies.

Today in Laishevo, chaired by Rafis Burganov held a joint visiting session of the Committee of the state Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on economy, investments and entrepreneurship and of the Commission for monitoring the implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation "Providing affordable and comfortable housing and utilities of citizens of the Russian Federation".
