Solemn opening ceremony was attended by the head of the district Rustem Nuriev, the Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Rishat Abubakirov and the Deputy of RT state Council Leonid Yakunin, head of Bavly region Ramil Gatiatulin.

On September 2, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by mufti of the republic Kamil hazrat visited the Galeev mosque, a cultural heritage site in Kazan that is being reconstructed.

In the Old Ibrakina a new  veterinary point opened.

On September 1, 2015 Kuteminsky secondary school opened after overhall. The head of the district , Deputy head of the Executive Committee Akdas Shakirov, head of the Department of education Hamadamin Khakimov, head of the rural settlement Antonina Abroskina, head of the "Agro-Firm Kuteminsky" Fanusa Gubaidulina, education workers, villagers, school students and kindergarten students took part in openeing ceremony.

In the small hall of administration of the city of Mendeleevsk held a staff meeting to reduce the arrears for housing and communal services and quality control services. Vladimir Frolov held the meeting.

In the village Laki multipurpose center has opened. The opening ceremony was attended by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov, Deputy Minister of culture Guzel Nigmatullina and other distinguished guests.

In the village of Old Pismyanka  new first - aid station has opened.  Congratulating all the participants on an important event, Rahat Galiyagzamovich noted that the construction and renovation of health Centres in rural areas were made possible thanks to the Republican presidential program "Improving primary health care to the population of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2012 – 2016".

In the village of Old Tokmak opened a new multifunctional center where are  the club, paramedic stations and a library. Also commissioned a new water pipe and repaired the road. The construction of these social facilities spent almost 20 million. Rubles, and they are built within the framework of national programs.
