On July 12, speaking at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Deputy Minister of Construction Farit Khanifov said that capital repair of all multi-apartment houses included in the programme of 2014 in Tatarstan is underway in 40 municipal regions.
