Research: 59.6% of respondents rarely ask questions to the management company
59.6% of respondents rarely ask questions to the management company. This is evidenced by the results of a study conducted by the Regional Center for Public Control in the field of housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan. In total, 2,000 people took part in the survey. It turned out that 66.3% do not know the size of the cost of maintaining the management organization, but 47% of the participants rate their work as “satisfactory”. 27.6% of respondents are not satisfied with the quality of housing and communal services, 18.6% expressed dissatisfaction with the state of access roads and the local area. Also, 48% believe that they are not sufficiently informed about the activities of the managing organization. 58.8% of respondents expressed readiness to sort waste.
