Two new residential buildings in the village of Osinovo received a conclusion on compliance with the project documentation

Today, the Inspectorate of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan issued conclusions on the compliance of design documentation with new capital construction facilities located in the village of Osinovo in the Zelenodolsk municipal district of Tatarstan.
These are two houses of the same type (lit. A and lit. B) in the residential complex "Comfortable house".
Both houses are five–storey, brick, insulated and ventilated facades. Each of them has 69 apartments with a total area of 3,709 sq. m. After receiving the EPA by the local government, the houses will be put into operation.

Tatarstan took the third place in the ranking of regions in terms of construction volumes in early 2024. In January-April, the volume of housing construction in the republic amounted to 1.8 million square meters. This is 33.7% more than in the same period of 2023.

Today, the settlement of an apartment building on Baki Urmanche Street, 18, began in the city of Arsk.
In a 48-apartment new building, built at the expense of investments from the State Housing Fund under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the republican social library program, public sector employees, young families, orphaned children and a grantee doctor received apartments.
