The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the current work on construction and overhaul programs

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on how construction and capital repairs programs are being implemented in Tatarstan at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Rais of Tatarstan. The meeting was also attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

Marat Aizatullin said that at the moment 4 sites are being developed for compact housing development. According to the state program "Integrated development of rural areas", 133 million rubles are allocated for them.

In the Education sector, construction of 5 facilities is planned in 2024 (within the framework of the national project "Education" and the state program "Integrated Rural Development").  These are two schools - in c. The usadas of the Laishevsky district and in Kazan, two additional buildings to previously built schools in the village of Kuyuki of the Pestrechinsky district and in Kukmor, one kindergarten in the village. In the Healthcare industry, 53 facilities are planned to be built under 2 federal and 2 republican programs. Of these, 51 objects belong to the primary level of medicine. These are a general practitioner's center and two polyclinics in Kazan and Nizhnekamsk, contracts for which are to be concluded on February 19-20, and 48 paramedic and obstetric stations. Of these, 28 objects included in the republican program have already been traded. The federal part of the state contracts will be concluded on February 20. 2 secondary medical facilities will also be built - a vascular center in the Sabinsky district and an admission and diagnostic department in Kazan (to be contracted by the end of February). Construction and installation work at paramedic and obstetric stations reached 8%. According to the polyclinic in the residential complex "Salavat Kupere", the work has reached 35%.

In the republic, 6 children's health camps will be built in the field of youth policy (state contracts for them have already been concluded), a youth center in the Rybno-Slobodsky district, and the reconstruction of the building of psychological and pedagogical assistance in Naberezhnye Chelny will be carried out. As of today, the construction of three children's camps has begun (2% completion).

21 sports facilities will be built within the framework of one republican and one state program. These are 4 indoor football arenas and 15 universal sports grounds. Contracts for them have already been concluded.

In addition, the facilities include a ski and roller track in Kukmor and an administrative building to the existing football field in the village. Apastovo. State contracts for them are scheduled for February 20.

It is planned to build 3 facilities in the Culture industry under the state program "Integrated Rural Development". This is a regional house of culture and a multifunctional center in Mamadysh, a children's art school in the village of Rybnaya Sloboda.

The Ecology industry continues to implement 3 facilities under two federal projects. The reconstruction of BOSK Kazan reached 76%, the reclamation of silt fields - 66%, the reclamation of disturbed lands with oil-containing pollution in the village of Shemordan in Sabinsky district - 67%.

Marat Aizatullin said that traditionally a large amount has to be done to improve public spaces within the framework of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment", the All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment and the republican program. 64 public territories should receive a new look in 2024.

As part of other republican programs, this year it is planned to build 7 executive committees and 9 integrated service points in the amount of 111 million rubles (state contracts for them have been concluded).  Work is already underway on the construction of 4 executive committees (completion - 6%).

Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of modernization programs for engineering networks, the customer of which is the State Administration of Engineering Networks. Thus, it is planned to conclude state contracts for the objects of five republican programs in March-April. Three programs are planned for the federal part. According to the federal Housing project, the construction of sewage treatment plants in the village of Vysokaya Gora for 234 million rubles will continue (the state contract is scheduled for the end of February); According to the federal project "Modern appearance of rural areas", 7 engineering infrastructure facilities worth 306 million rubles will be implemented (state contracts are also planned until the end of February). Another 48 facilities in 8 municipalities have been included in the federal program for the modernization of municipal infrastructure, of which 41 facilities have contracts.
