7 new kindergartens for 840 places being built in Kazan

As reported by First Deputy Head of the Kazan Executive Committee Azat Nigmatzyanov, 7 new kindergartens are being built in Kazan. 2 of them are built by means of the federal budget, and the rest are built in the framework of the Republic’s program. The construction sites were determined by the existence of priority in the district and the availability of land plots. The total cost of the construction is 538.3 million rubles; about 30 per cent is allocated from the federal budget, and the rest - from the Republic’s budget. The contractors are LLC “Aktash”, LLC “Briz” and LLC “Kazan”. During the work due to the failure of the timing, two contractors were suspended from the work; now LLC “Aktash” is erecting 4 buildings at the same time.

The construction is being carried out in Lomzhinskaya Street, Noksinsky Spusk Street, Absalyamov Street, Usmanov Street, Simonov Street, Aitmatov Street and Gavrilov Street. The capacity of every kindergarten will be 120 places. The projects were by developed by SUE “Tatainvestgrazhdanproyekt”. This is a three-story building made of brick with insulation.

Actually, the construction started on October 5th, 2013.  The land plots in Khakim, Simonov and Lomzhinskaya Streets were cleared from the parking for personal vehicles. Today, the brickwork has been completed at the sites in Noksinsky Spusk and Lomzhinskaya Streets; finishing and special works are being carried out.  Brickworks are being carried out at the site in Usmanov Street. As for the rest objects, the contractors are making brickworks and partitions of the first and second floors. Mayor Ilsur Metshin added that 2 erected kindergartens will have to be ready by the New Year.
