Irek Fayzullin held a meeting on changes in legislation on shared construction

We would like to remind that in middle of December, Nikolai Nikolayev, chairman of the State Duma Committee on Natural Resources, announced new amendments to 214-FZ. In accordance with them, all projects, including those that entered the market before July 2018, will be required to switch to the new scheme of work on escrow accounts. Irek Faizullin also announced during the meeting that the President of the Republic of Tatarstan was designated the head of the working group, which should prepare a report for the meeting of the State Council of the Russian Federation on the theme “On the development of housing construction and a comfortable urban environment in the Russian Federation”. During the meeting, the Minister answered the numerous questions from developers on the application of legislation on shared construction.
