The housing construction plan in Tatarstan has been completed by 58%
Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on housing construction statistics today at a traditional meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Alexey Pesoshin, Prime Minister of Tatarstan, held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts.
"The plan for housing construction in the republic has been completed by 58%, more than 1,852 million square meters have been commissioned," said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
80 apartment buildings with a total area of over 725,000 square meters have been commissioned through commercial construction, which is 69% of the annual volume.
Of the planned 108 houses, 31 with a total area of 65,000 square meters were built under the social mortgage, which is 43%.
Over 1 million 61 thousand square meters, or 54% of the plan, have been commissioned through individual housing construction.
