More than 2.8 million square meters of housing have been built in Tatarstan
The overall plan for housing construction in Tatarstan has been fulfilled by 90% – more than 2,856 million square meters of housing have been commissioned.
Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, presented such data at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan today.
Rustam Minnikhanov held the traditional Saturday meeting.
106 apartment buildings with a total area of over 942 thousand square meters were commissioned under the commercial construction program, which is 90% of the annual volume.
The social mortgage program has been completed by 74%. Of the 108 houses, 38 were built with a total area of more than 111 thousand square meters.
The residential housing program has been implemented by 91% – 1,802 million square meters of housing have been commissioned.
