“Practice of implementation of the Priority Project“ Formation of a comfortable urban environment” in the regions of the Russian Federation: participation and control by the public"

On 17th of April  2019, National Center for Public Control in the Housing and Utilities Sector "ZhKH Kontrol" will conduct an online seminar on the Practice of Implementing a Priority Project “Creating a Comfortable Urban Environment” in the regions of the Russian Federation: participation and control by the public. During the seminar, a wide range of topics related to the implementation of the Priority Project will be reviewed, including: - land surveying for landscaping; - inclusion of additional amounts in payment documents; - formation of a rating of the Ministry of Construction of Russia for Russian Federal State Statistics Service; - violations of the implementation of the project by the entities entailing the deprivation of the subsidy; - analysis of negative examples of the implementation of the program.
