In the first nine months Tatarstan took the third place in Russia in terms of housing commission

Today a videoconference meeting on housing construction and commissioning, provision of the veterans of the Second World War with housing, implementation of the Republican targeted program on citizens movement from failing housing stock under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov and with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic Tatarstan R.F.Muratov took place in the Government House. A key report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin. Traditionally the report was begun with the issues of safety provision on construction sites.

 

The Russian Statistics Committee summed up the 9 months of 2012 in the Russian Federation. The Republic of Tatarstan took the third place among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the first place in the Volga Federal District.

 

As of November 2d, 1 million 851.5 thousand square meters of housing (74.7% of the annual amount) was commissioned in the Republic. 14 municipalities entirely completed the annual plan for new housing commission. As for the program on the failing housing stock elimination in 2012, municipalities received 397 million rubles including 249.6 million rubles sent by the Fund, and 147.65 million rubles received from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan which is 63% of the limit of programs for 2012.

As of today according to the main program of 2012 among 30 areas 24 thereof submitted municipal contracts and purchase contracts. 16 municipalities submitted municipal contracts and purchase contracts for the whole amount stipulated by the program. Areas that have not submitted municipal contracts: Agryzsky, Almetyevsky, Yelabuzhsky, Kukmorsky, Leninogorsky, Mendeleevsky.

As for the program “Rural clubs” among 46 cultural and multi-use centers construction and installation work has been completed on 44 sites. The program on multi-use centers construction in 2013 has been developed and approved.
