Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on issues of construction and road industries

The meeting on construction and road industries was held today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The event was held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The issues of financing for the completion of construction and commissioning of houses for deceived equity holders were discussed. First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin reported on cooperation with DOM.RF JSC. He said that in October 2019, according to the federal decree, a specialized fund was created, which actually included defrauded equity holders. A technical customer was identified to whom the necessary funds would be allocated through DOM.RF JSC. An agreement was concluded with the Fund for 4 problem construction projects (2049 apartments), including 1549 apartments of defrauded real estate investors (LCD "MCHS" and a residential building on Dostoevsky Street, 57 in Kazan) for a total amount of 5.5 billion rubles. In addition, the republic sent a request to complete the construction of another 6 facilities.
