Reuse design documentation requires increased responsibility

Such a statement was made by the Deputy Chairman of the Presidium (headquarters) of the Government Commission for Regional Development - First Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin, welcoming the participants of the VolgaStroyExpo fair on June 17. He also talked about changes in the industry, simplifying a number of procedures in construction. Irek Fayzullin recalled that since July 1, 2018, all project documentation and expert opinions on it have been submitted to the Unified State Register of expert opinions on project documentation of capital construction projects, including the possibility of re-applying cost-effective projects. “But this also provides for a very responsible attitude of designers and experts to the quality of the downloaded documentation. I pay special attention to the importance of this moment. It is necessary to amend the project documentation, if any, before January 1, 2021,” - the first deputy head of the Russian Ministry of Construction emphasized.
