The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the results of landscaping the courtyard on Shamilya Usmanova St., No. 13 and No. 13A in Kazan. He was accompanied by Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Natalia Fishman-Bekmambetova, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Hanifov and others. This courtyard was the first facility landscaped as part of the implementation of the republican program “Our Courtyard”. Priority in planning decisions is given to the convenience of pedestrians. So, in the courtyard was organized a new sidewalk network along the house to distinguish between pedestrian and car traffic. Chaotic parking converted to parking pockets. Opposite the house placed a multifunctional playground. Rustam Minnikhanov was told that the residents of the houses were directly involved in the development of the landscaping project. So, a resident of house No. 13A, Gulfiya Fatkullina, asked architects to further enclose the parking zone so that children running out of the entrance would not accidentally fall under the wheels of cars leaving the parking lot. Rustam Minnikhanov paid attention to continue to take into account the wishes of residents when repairing yard areas.
