255 Kazan families will be able to celebrate a housewarming in the near future
Today, July 17, 2020, the Inspectorate of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan issued a conclusion on the compliance of the constructed, reconstructed capital construction facility with the requirements of design documentation to the object "Residential building No. 4-2 with non-residential premises in the residential complex "Salavat Cooper" including the requirements for energy efficiency and for equipping a capital construction facility with metering devices for the used energy resources. The total area of the 19-storey residential building No. 4-2 is 27,286.6 square meters, 255 apartments are ready for occupancy. This means that 255 families will soon be able to celebrate housewarming and improve their living conditions. The object was built within the framework of the republican program of social mortgage and the national project "Housing and Urban Environment".
