In connection with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, in order to maintain a full-fledged international level of scientific and business communication, the ERTIKO-ITS Europe Association and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan decided to postpone the First Central-Eastern ITS Congress in Kazan from September 21-24, 2020 on September 19-21, 2022.
