Dear colleagues and veterans of the construction complex of Tatarstan! This year our professional holiday, the Builder's Day, marks the 65th anniversary of the establishment by the Decree of the Presidium of the USSR Supreme Soviet. On behalf of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan and on my own behalf, I congratulate you on this wonderful event! The state of the construction industry largely determines the economic level of the region's development. One of the most important, challenging and stressful professions stands behind the beautiful buildings, embankments, sports facilities. I would like to express my admiration and say that not every person dares to work as a builder. Responsibility for each object lies on the shoulders of valiant builders. Your work is very important and necessary for people, our native and beloved country. In the year of Memory and Glory, the 100th anniversary of the TASSR, you show dedication, fortitude and try to do everything to ensure the most comfortable conditions in cities and villages. On the day of the holiday, let me sincerely thank you for your creative work, in which a part of your soul and talent is invested.
