The winners of the "TOP RC" annual urban planning competition for new-build residential complexes have been announced

10 Tatarstan developers became the winners. The solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the largest prize in the country in the field of housing construction was held today at the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan. The awards were presented by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev. The Deputy Minister admitted that he was sincerely glad to see Tatarstan developers among the prize-winners. Thus, diplomas of various degrees were awarded to: "Unistroy", "Domkor", "Talan", "Antey", "Ran-Kazan", "KamaStroyInvest", "KazDomStroy", "Gran", "Ak bars dom", "Profit ". We remind you that 1,155 projects from 772 developers from 74 regions of the Russian Federation took part in the competition. Out of these, 537 residential complexes from 438 developers reached the final.
