Concessional lending to companies

The Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation provides support measures to Russian organizations implementing digital transformation projects and implementing IT solutions by providing preferential (subsidized) loans and factoring through authorized banks. Authorized banks provide loans to Russian companies at a preferential rate of 1-5%. The maximum loan amount for a project is 5 billion rubles, for a program (complex of projects) - 10 billion rubles. Concessional lending to borrowers is provided until the end of 2024. For more information, please follow the link.
