Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services Ildus Nasyrov and Executive Director of the Regional Center for Public Control in the Housing and Communal Services Dmitry Romanov answered the questions of the parliamentarians. In his report, Ildus Nasyrov spoke in detail about the housing and communal services system in Tatarstan. “This is a huge branch of the republic, in which work more than 30 thousand 120 people, operate 1391 organizations,” - he noted. Traditionally, the republic occupies a leading position among the regions of Russia in terms of collection of funds from the population for housing and communal services - more than 98%, this year, the collection has decreased by 1.5% due to the coronavirus pandemic." The largest number of requests on housing and communal services comes from Kazan (electricity and gas supply, centralized heat supply, territory security, intercom, cleaning of entrances). According to Ildus Nasyrov, the number of complaints about utility services from citizens living in the Vysokogorsky and Verkhneuslonsky regions has increased.
