On Wednesday, October 14, at 10.00 Moscow time, the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation and DOM.RF will hold a webinar dedicated to the release of a guide to improving the Urban Environment Quality Index. During the event, the “Guidelines for determining the priority directions of urban environment development using the Urban Environment Quality Index” will be presented. The development of the document was carried out jointly by specialists of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and DOM.RF to solve the problems of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" in the field. The document is addressed primarily to the heads of city administrations. Its purpose is to facilitate the work with the urban environment quality index, to help analyze the results of the assessment of the urban environment, and also to determine the priority directions and measures to improve its quality. The webinar will be attended by Kristina Shapotko, Head of the Urban Environment Department of the Strategic Projects Department of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, and Anton Finogenov, Deputy Director General of the DOM.RF Foundation.
