DOM.RF launched an online training course on creating a comfortable urban environment
DOM.RF has launched a free online educational course “How to create modern cities. New urbanism in Russian realities”. The program will introduce the principles and methods of applying the Standard for the Integrated Development of Territories. “The standard was developed within the framework of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment” and contains recommendations for the development of residential development in cities. Its application will allow reaching a new level of urban environment quality. For the fastest study of the standard DOM.RF has developed an educational course "How to create modern cities", which tells about the new principles of urban planning. As practice shows, today, without knowledge of these fundamentals, it will not be possible to create a product demanded by buyers - housing, which will be in demand for many years to come,” - said Vladimir Yakushev, Minister of Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation. The course consists of 10 modules and will take about 10 hours to complete. The optimal course period is a week. During this time, the participants of the training course will learn how with the help of the Standard it is possible to find optimal solutions for the development of built-up areas and the development of free territories, the formation of a planning structure for development, the design of residential buildings and the improvement of open public spaces.
