In the residential area "Salavat Cooper" a 255-apartment community house for the widows of The Great Patriotic War veterans, orphans and employees of budgetary organizations was commissioned. The house rented out today is different from the others in the area. It accommodated three widows of The Great Patriotic War veterans - Razia Gabdrakhmanova, Zalfira Shaikhlislamova, Zinaida Yamanova and 35 orphans. They received the keys to the one-room apartments. In addition, tenants are moved into the house ahead of time under the social lending program. Now the keys are being issued to residents who are on the waiting list in 2021–2023. The house has 17 floors, three entrances. The total area of the building is 15.3 thousand square meters. All apartments are fully finished and equipped with plumbing fixtures, electric stoves, smoke detectors with a detector, water and electricity meters, heat regulators and an automatic remote data reading system. Let us remind you that the house was built according to the national project "Housing and Urban Environment", initiated by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
