The construction of individual residential houses is the most active - here the plan is overfulfilled by 29%. 10 thousand 700 houses were built, with the plan being 8 thousand 330 houses. This was stated at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. The meeting was chaired by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. For commercial construction, the current results are 60% of the plan. In absolute terms, this is 760 thousand sq. m. or 99 apartment buildings. 65 apartment buildings are under construction. Social mortgage. The stage of concluding contracts with the State Housing Fund has been completed for 632 residential premises, with respect to 4 residential premises, measures are being taken to announce the auction. Property rights of the republic have been registered for 164 residential premises with the settlement of persons from among orphans. The property right of the State Housing Fund is registered for 260 residential premises. 19 premises are registered in the cadastre and undergo the procedure for registering ownership of the State Housing Fund, 193 are being completed. In the category “Large families raising five or more children”, 42 out of 47 participants have implemented their certificates. Five families are looking for suitable housing. Eight certificates for housing this year should be received by representatives of the category “Internally displaced persons, Chernobyl victims and displaced persons from the Far North”. Five certificates have been issued, of which three have already been implemented. For three more certificates, municipalities eliminate the identified remarks in the registration files of recipients. In the category "Young Families", all 49 recipients of this year have sold the subsidy.
