In Tatarstan, the plan for individual housing construction has been exceeded by 47%

In the republic, the implementation of republican programs for the construction of social and cultural facilities, housing and national projects is at the final stage. The total volume of implementation of all 17 republican programs this year is 90%. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin. Marat Aizatullin reported that work within the framework of national projects this year has been completed by 96%. The Ministry oversees 6 national projects, within the framework of which 99 objects are being built with a total estimated cost of 11 billion 900 million rubles. By the current date, 82 of them have been completed. The construction of kindergartens this year is carried out within the framework of the federal projects "Housing" and "Promotion of Women's Employment". Out of the 16 kindergartens, 12 have been built, and four more are being completed. In general, the work under the program is 98% complete. The implementation of the federal project "Housing" this year provides for both the construction of social facilities and engineering as well as transport infrastructure. These are 7 objects in 5 residential complexes. In the residential complex "Usadba Tsarevo" of the Pestrechinsky district, the reconstruction of treatment facilities and household sewerage is underway. The work was completed by 52%. The Kazan treatment facilities are being reconstructed under the federal project “Improvement of the Volga”. As part of the first stage of reconstruction, contractors have closed 85% of the scope of work. As for the republican programs, within the framework of improving the primary medical care, 39 out of 42 feldsher-obstetric points have been completed by now, three facilities are at the final stage. The volume of work on them reaches up to 99%. Out of 4 medical outpatient clinics, it remains to complete work on 2 objects in Nurlatsky and Spassky districts. Construction and installation work on them was performed by 97% and 98%, respectively. From 4 indoor football arenas included in the program for the construction of sports facilities, the comments on the last facility in the city of Chistopol are being eliminated. Six objects are included in the program for the construction of children's health camps. Construction work continues on 3 of them. Completion of work under the program is 80%.

According to the programs of housing construction, builders are not slowing down the gained rates and are still going ahead of last year's indicators. The annual plan is fulfilled by 96%. Completed 2 million 555 thousand square meters of housing. Individual housing construction is in the lead: with a plan of 8,330 houses, 12,217 were built. The plan was overfulfilled by almost 47%. A total of 101 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​781 thousand square meters have been built under commercial construction, which is almost 62% of the planned annual indicators. For social mortgage, the annual plan of the program is 280 thousand sq. m. or 161 houses. By the current date, 125 thousand square meters have been built, which is 44% of the planned indicators. Since the beginning of the year, the State Construction Supervision Service has carried out 1577 checks. Based on their results, 100 resolutions were issued for a total of 5 million 618 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations carried out 1888 inspections. The customer of objects under construction under state programs - the Main Investment and Construction Department - has organized 589 inspections since the beginning of the year. According to the results of 11 months, the inspectors revealed 1034 violations at construction sites. Of these, 1012 have already been eliminated by now.
