Tariffs for utilities will change in Tatarstan

Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke at a briefing on the issue of changing utility bills from December 1, 2022.

The event was also attended by Chairman of the RT State Committee on Tariffs Alexander Grunichev.  In his speech, the head of the tariff authority told reporters about the indices of changes in the amount of utility bills paid by citizens in the republic for December 2022, which will remain at the accepted level for a year and a half.

The State Tariff Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, within its powers, approved tariffs for gas, electricity, heat supply, water supply, sanitation and tariffs for solid municipal waste management services.

Tariffs for electricity, gas and solid municipal waste are set uniform on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and, taking into account the adopted regulatory legal acts of the FAS of Russia, are:

   gas – 6.78 rubles/cubic meter (including VAT), growth 8.5%;

  electricity - an average growth of 9%, for houses with electric stoves – 11.9%:

single-rate tariff - 4.68 rubles/kWh (including VAT);

one-rate tariff for the population living in urban settlements in houses equipped with electric stoves - 3.58 rubles/kWh (including VAT);

the one-rate tariff for the population living in rural settlements is 3.28 rubles/kWh (including VAT).

  Solid municipal waste management (4% growth):

apartment buildings – 103.93 rubles/person per month (including VAT);

individual residential houses – 112.74 rubles/person per month (including VAT);

The tariff for water supply services for Kazan amounted to 27.36 rubles /cubic meter (with VAT), an increase of 2.6 rubles, drainage – 33.67 rubles / cubic meter (with VAT), an increase of 6 rubles.

In terms of thermal energy for the main suppliers, the growth will be 6.5%.

Tariffs for services in the fields of heat supply, water supply, sanitation are set in the context of each regulated organization and differentiated by municipalities and unrelated centralized systems.

The indexation of utility tariffs in all regions of the country by the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation will take place from December 1, 2022.
